Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
I created this menu while in San Diego where the weather was 70 degrees and beautiful, but I knew I would be coming home to the dreary! So, warm comfort food it is!<\/p>\n
