I’ve been told I worry too much.<\/p>\n
But as a Mom, aren’t I supposed to worry? How can I not <\/i>worry? Each stage of life brings on new worries and I think the worrying will never stop. Ever. In fact, I think that once you become a mom, you become a lifelong worrier.<\/p>\n
While pregnant, I worry about<\/b>: Once born, I worry if Baby…<\/b> <\/p>\n Having a toddler, I worry about…<\/b> Having a \u00a0toddler AND a baby, I worry about…<\/b>
\nEating the right foods
\nMaking sure I take my prenatal vitamins
\nWhether or not the baby is moving enough
\nThe heartbeat being loud enough
\nThe baby growing on track
\nThe shower being too hot
\nCertain cheeses and fish being safe to consume or not
\nMaking sure I drink enough water
\nThe baby being healthy
\nHaving enough\u00a0amniotic\u00a0fluid
\nThe baby having all its parts
\n<\/p>\n
\nIs breathing
\nIs getting enough milk
\nIs going to suffocate
\nIs pooping enough
\nIs gaining adequate weight
\nIs sneezing too much
\nIs too hot or too cold
\nIs rolling over\/ sitting up\/crawiling\/walking “on time.”
\nIs eating the right foods
\nIs in pain due to cutting teeth
\nIs going to ever say Mama
\nIs going to get hurt on sharp corners<\/p>\n
\nProper nutrition
\nTeaching the difference between right and wrong
\nPotty training
\nBig girl beds
\nSlivers\/skinned knees\/fat lips\/bruises
\nFalling off of everything
\nChoking
\nSocialization
\nKnowing numbers\/colors\/animals\/vehicles
\nManners
\nEmbarrassing tantrums<\/p>\n\n\n
\n <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n Bit the dust<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
\nSpending enough time with each child
\nMaking sure the bigger one doesn’t smush the smaller one
\nThe baby finding The Toddler’s toys and choking
\nNot being able to be there when they both need me
\nEach one feeling special and loved
\nMaking sure to keep up on The Baby’s keepsakes as done for The Toddler
\nTeaching to share
\nTrying my best to ensure happiness<\/p>\n
