Last weekend I came down with the flu and I was completely out of commission. The only time my body has ever hurt worse than it did then was when I was in labor. Besides those three times, I was in awe that my body could hurt as much as it did. So, trying to care for kiddos while in this condition was absolutely miserable, and it took all that I had in me to just keep them alive.<\/p>\n
So, that is the reason behind the no Menu Planning Monday post last week, and I have got to say, I was definitely missing it! I thought I would just wing it for the week and I did not like the stress of not knowing what we were having come dinnertime.<\/p>\n
With that, here is our menu for this week:<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n Leftovers. We have too many!<\/p>\n \n \n Tuesday<\/strong><\/p>\n BBQ Chicken Tostadas\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Our family devours these!<\/p>\n Cupcakes and Kale Chips<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Wednesday<\/strong><\/p>\n
