Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
We got more snow this weekend, and that, coupled with the wind, kept us indoors quite a lot (other than being in our new hot tub!) So I spent a LOT of time working on a project and am happy to say it is just about complete!
