Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
We had a wonderful weekend filled with sports, parties and family time, and we are now ready for another week. Something fun I thought I would start doing is sharing the puzzles I put in my husband’s lunches every day with you! I don’t use canned chicken, but instead just boil a couple of breasts and shred in my mixer.
