That being said, is it always perfectly clean? No. Is it always tidy? Definitely not. But, I do try! And these things below either make my job SO much easier or bring me joy, thus making the task much nicer for me. So, I thought I would share!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16699 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image1-2-4.jpeg\" alt=\"image1 (2)\" width=\"385\" height=\"514\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2CSgJwQ\">Roomba<\/a><\/strong>&#8211; I cannot state enough how much this thing is a game changer for me. I was <em>so<\/em> against getting one of these at first as I thought it was just another &#8220;toy&#8221; my husband wanted to get, the price was too high, and I didn&#8217;t think it would actually work. Well, my friends, I am here to tell you today that it DOES! Perfectly every time? No. But pretty dang close! We set the thing to start when we leave the house and it is done when we return. And it is FULL every single day. I don&#8217;t get it! Eew. My husband researched the heck out of these things before buying one. In fact, we actually bought a different one before we ended up with this one. The price will probably make you faint like it did for me, but after using it for quite a few months, I would buy it all over again. I can&#8217;t speak for how well the other models work as we have only used this one, but it leaves beautiful lines on my carpet, we can start it remotely from our phones, and we have it programmed to start after we leave the house so we don&#8217;t have to listen to the noise. It also came with two &#8220;blockers&#8221; that allows us to prevent it from entering certain areas if we would like. We have the Roomba 980, but I am sure others work well, too! Go <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2CSgJwQ\">HERE<\/a> for a bunch of options.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-16682 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image1-copy.jpeg\" alt=\"image1 copy\" width=\"391\" height=\"521\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2F6l1T7\">Towel Rack<\/a>&#8211;<\/strong> I never realized how much I dislike hanging towels on a towel bar until we didn&#8217;t have one anymore! I got these hooks at Farm Chicks last year after our towel bar took a dive for the floor, and I have realized I absolutely love hanging our towels this way! For similar racks, go <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2F6l1T7\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16689 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image6-3.jpeg\" alt=\"image6\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2oGijMW\">Laundry Cart<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2oGijMW\">&#8211;<\/a> This thing mostly just brings me joy! I love the look of it, but it&#8217;s also functional, too. I roll it out to wherever I want to fold laundry, and I can also detach the basket part to carry upstairs to put the clean laundry away. It lives in our laundry room and that is where the majority of the kids&#8217; laundry gets put after they wear it. An absolute pit. Until, I gave it a good cleaning and got <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walmart.com\/ip\/Better-Homes-and-Gardens-Small-Wire-Basket-with-Chalkboard-Black-1-Piece\/24534321?adid=22222222222017875199&amp;wl0=e&amp;wl1=o&amp;wl2=c&amp;wl3=10357864009&amp;wl4=kwd-1103073739495&amp;wl12=24534321_0&amp;wl14=walmart%20home%20and%20garden%20baskets&amp;u1=n-cbhczhb5tf7--1240441137&amp;oid=426126.1&amp;wmlspartner=QFGLnEolOWg&amp;sourceid=19714032190585988575&amp;affillinktype=15&amp;veh=aff\">THESE<\/a> baskets to help organize everything. The chalkboard labels on the front allow our family to find things easier and to know where to put things away. Plus, the liners are removable for easy washing. And, they&#8217;re cheap!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-16697 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pantry.jpg\" alt=\"pantry\" width=\"372\" height=\"496\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16698 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pantry2.jpg\" alt=\"pantry2\" width=\"477\" height=\"358\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16696 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/pantry-baskets.jpg\" alt=\"pantry baskets\" width=\"506\" height=\"380\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2oxTQdJ\">Hidden &#8220;Command Center&#8221;<\/a><\/strong>&#8211; Recently I turned to my Instagram friends and asked for help on how to organize and deal with all of the &#8220;counter crap.&#8221; You know what I am talking about, right? All that paper. The pens. The scissors,\u00a0the tape, the stamps, the&#8230; everything. Some of my wonderful pals gave me some great suggestions, and I&#8217;ve got to say, I am SO much happier with a tidy area! <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2oxTQdJ\">HERE<\/a>\u00a0are the trays I bought to organize the drawers. The folders on the side hold the kids&#8217; homework and papers that need my attention soon.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-16686 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image3-7.jpeg\" alt=\"image3\" width=\"394\" height=\"525\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And the rest of the papers I keep organized in this three-ring binder that I keep in this cabinet.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-16687 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image4-2.jpeg\" alt=\"image4\" width=\"409\" height=\"545\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-16684 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/image2-copy.jpeg\" alt=\"image2 copy\" width=\"407\" height=\"543\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And there you have it; the top household things in my life that help keep me sane\/organized\/at peace.
