Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
Last week I went home for a few days to see my family and friends and it was SO nice! I didn’t cook a single meal. Ha! But, I am home now and it’s time to get back at it.<\/p>\n
