Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
I am really looking forward to this week’s lineup, and I am actually going to plan what sides we will have with these meals as if I don’t, I am usually scrambling last minute. And that just defeats the purpose of meal planning.<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs<\/a>,<\/p>\n (With baked broccoli (seasoned with coconut oil, salt and pepper) and a bagged green salad)<\/p>\n I made this a few weeks ago with spaghetti squash and it was delicious! I think I will try it with wheat pasta this week.<\/p>\n Joy in Every Season<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
