Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
I was looking at my calendar the other day (who am I kidding, I look at it daily) and I couldn’t believe how fast it has filled up. Just about every square (yes, I am old school) has something written on it. I guess that’s just to be expected once school begins, so to make life easier I included some easy meals that look easy and hearty to give us the energy we need to get through the busy week.<\/p>\n
