Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
My husband has recently requested some meals that follow the Ketogenic Diet, which means very little carbs and high protein\/fat, so I am trying to steer in that direction with my meal planning for a bit.<\/p>\n
