Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
My son finished preschool last week and my daughter has three more days this week and then we are DONE for the school year! And my friends, we are crawling across the finish line! So I made sure to choose meals this week that appear to be just throwing ingredients together and hoping a decent meal comes out the other side.<\/p>\n
