Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
We are officially in the midst of the Spring sports season, which means busy nights and not a ton of time for cooking, so I am doing my best to find meals that are quick and easy!<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Penne\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Somehow we ended up not making this last week, so I still have all of the ingredients and plan on making it this night. Looks so good!<\/p>\n Cooking Light<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Tuesday<\/strong><\/p>\n Leftovers!<\/p>\n
