Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
And here I sit Sunday night still full from the feast my mother-in-law made for Easter, so while it’s hard to think about food right now, these meals still seem to stand out and I am excited to try them!<\/p>\n
