Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
Two of the three of these recipes are tried and true favorites, and I have REALLY high hopes for that shredded beef… I mean it just looks so tasty!<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n Creamy Balsamic Chicken and Brussels Sprouts\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n This recipe is SO good. Our whole fam gobbles this one up. I recommend doubling the sauce! Leave out those mushrooms, Meg, and I think you’ll enjoy!) \u00a0Whole 30 approved, too!<\/p>\n UPDATE!<\/strong> The recipe listed serves one, so take that into consideration when making! I tripled the recipe and wished I had made way more.
