Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
We’ve got a busy week filled with back-to-school and soccer nights, so we are trying to keep it simple!<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n Grilled Lime Salmon with Avocado Mango Salsa and Coconut Rice\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n We’ve got some salmon in the freezer from our last trip to Seattle and this mango salsa looks delicious. Plus, Costco also sells a pretty dang good mango salsa if you want a shortcut, too!<\/p>\n Cooking Classy<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Tuesday<\/strong><\/p>\n Date night = pizza roll-ups for the kiddos<\/p>\n
