Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
We’ve got a lot going on this week with Memorial Day, starting school and soccer practice, so I am leaning on some of my tried and true recipes that are quick and delicious to get us through the busy week.<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n We will be coming home from the lake tonight and with it being the night before school starts I am sure we will either pick something up on the way home or just eat leftovers.<\/p>\n \n Tuesday<\/strong><\/p>\n Date night = Kiddos get grilled cheese and tomato soup<\/span><\/p>\n \n Wednesday\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Kielbasa, Pepper, Onion and Potato Hash\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n We have a few sweet potatoes I need to use up, so this is a great recipe to use those up in.<\/p>\n The Two Bite Club<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \n Thursday<\/strong><\/p>\n
