Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
We just got back from being in Nevada for eleven days and as soon as we got home we needed to stock our empty fridge. And this week I decided to do that with the ingredients of two of our favorite meals that have been tried and true several times.<\/p>\n
