And what a joy he is! I thought the obsession over this baby in our family would slow down by about now since he isn&#8217;t AS new anymore, but that hasn&#8217;t been the case. He is still smothered in love every. single. day. Especially by a certain almost six-year-old little girl.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12447 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image1.jpg\" alt=\"image1\" width=\"329\" height=\"439\" \/><\/p>\n<p>His favorite things include riding around in the Bjorn, grabbing onto just about everything and putting it into his mouth, taking baths (almost always given by Daddy) and sitting outside in a bouncy chair watching the big kids play.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12448 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image2.jpg\" alt=\"image2\" width=\"330\" height=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He went swimming for the first time this past weekend and totally loved it, too.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-12474 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image1-8.jpg\" alt=\"image1 (8)\" width=\"355\" height=\"355\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He is the SMILIEST baby. If you smile at him, he will smile at you. And allllllllllllll ladies eat him right up. Grocery stores. Post offices. Doesn&#8217;t matter. He is a smile-a-holic.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12450 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image4.jpg\" alt=\"image4\" width=\"318\" height=\"424\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He is wearing 6 and 6-9 month clothing, and (I think?) size 2 shoes. He wore his first pair this past weekend (Thank you, Sara!!). He&#8217;s in size 3 diapers and wears a sleepsack when he sleeps. Can you tell I am trying to remember every little detail? I know it won&#8217;t be long before this phase is gone and I want to remember it all!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12451 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image5.jpg\" alt=\"image5\" width=\"319\" height=\"425\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A perfect example of how he treats anything that might be even remotely worthy of being put into his mouth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Just posing here next to my giraffe.&#8221;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12452 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image6.jpg\" alt=\"image6\" width=\"258\" height=\"344\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Oh&#8230; hey&#8230;&#8221;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12453 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image7.jpg\" alt=\"image7\" width=\"254\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Why don&#8217;t you just come on over here&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12454 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image8.jpg\" alt=\"image8\" width=\"259\" height=\"346\" \/>\u00a0&#8220;So I can eat you!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12455 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image9.jpg\" alt=\"image9\" width=\"248\" height=\"331\" \/>\u00a0&#8220;Attack!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12456 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image10.jpg\" alt=\"image10\" width=\"263\" height=\"351\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s not even above shoving his own feet in his mouth<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12469 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image1-7.jpg\" alt=\"image1 (7)\" width=\"329\" height=\"438\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He has been enjoying solids, and we have been trying more and more things. He isn&#8217;t a fan of green beans, apples, or pears.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12457 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image1-1.jpg\" alt=\"image1\" width=\"350\" height=\"467\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He&#8217;s pretty predictable. He eats. He&#8217;s awake. He sleeps. Repeat. He goes to bed around 7:30, is woken up at 10:30 to eat, and then wakes up for the day around 6-7. \u00a0My husband and I are going on a childless mini trip in a couple of weeks, though, so I still get up at 2:30 to pump an extra bottle every night so that I have plenty to leave behind for him.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12458 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image2-1.jpg\" alt=\"image2\" width=\"346\" height=\"461\" \/><\/p>\n<p>His nicknames include (and some I have no idea why&#8230;) Frankie Baby, Franko, Frankalino, Little Baby&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12460 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image4-1.jpg\" alt=\"image4\" width=\"341\" height=\"455\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is the smile he flashed his Daddy as he approached. Irresistible, I tell you!.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-12461 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/livingwithlady.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/image5-1.jpg\" alt=\"image5\" width=\"342\" height=\"455\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sweet Baby Franklin has turned five months.
