]]> Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

I am so excited for this week! I am starting the week off with a meal my entire family devours and have also come across two others that look amazing and I cannot wait to try!

Monday

Creamy Balsamic Chicken with Brussels Sprouts 

I was not a fan of Brussels sprouts as a kid. But my husband and I had them recently as an appetizer and they were absolutely delicious! Combined with my love for everything balsamic, I think this one looks very promising! (PS- I did not know it was called “Brussels Sprouts! Did you?)

No Bean Turkey and Sweet Potato Chili

Seriously. This is so good. And my friend has been bed-ridden due to having surgery for over a week now, so I am doubling up on this recipe and bringing it to her sweet fam.
