Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Monday
Sausage and Peppers
I don’t even have a recipe for this one! All I do is cut up some bite-sized pieces of turkey sausage as well as some bell peppers, saute and eat!
Tuesday
It’s a Cooking with Shannon and Tina day today! I have teamed up with one of my favorite Instagram buddies, Tina over at @to_mimishousewego to cook a recipe on the same night to show you how it turns out for us both! Tina chose the recipe this week and I posted it below.
