I found this recipe on Pinterest a few months ago and I will honestly never steam broccoli again. This recipe leaves the broccoli crisp and salty, almost like a french fry, thus pleasing my whole family. And it’s SO easy to make!
Cut your broccoli into bite-sized pieces, put in a Ziplock bag and pour in a couple tablespoons or olive oil, salt and pepper to taste (about 1 teaspoon each) and shake to coat. Then bake at 425* on a foil-lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes and that’s it!!
To serve our family I used:
Ingredients:
2 heads of broccoli
1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and place in a Ziplock. Add in olive oil, salt and pepper and shake to coat. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 425* for approximately 20 minutes.
