It’s so disheartening when it’s someone our kids are supposed to be able to trust and admire. Did you ever find out what happened to him after all these years? I bet he’s continued with his ways. It’s just disgusting! I hope he gets the help that he needs, and by that I mean, I hope he gets put away so that he can never do this again! Thanks for sharing your story.

I was touched inappropriately by a family member when I was little. It made me hyper vigilant who was around my kids. That individual would try to get my kids alone I watched him like a hawk. No one watches your kids like you do, the lesson learned was teaching my kids about inappropriate touch. My kids are grown and grateful my kids never experienced any kind of sexual abuse. I protected them with every fiber of my being, grateful they never experienced what I experienced.
