Monte Cristos are amazing! I love that you so carefully plan out your week’s meals. I was actually so much better about this BEFORE I had the baby. Then for a while – despite the fact that my husband and I are both total foodies – it was egg sandwiches and frozen pizza for a bit. I’m getting much better now though lol 🙂

I’ve had tomato sauce and bbq on my meatballs, but not tomatillo. That sounds worth a try to me.
