Those chicken wing cupcakes are so intriguing. I have to try them some day. A friend of mine made sun dried tomato chevre cupcakes (well they were more like a muffin) and they were wonderful as an appetizer. I bet they would be similar. You should definitely make them. Besides, you are always making interesting cupcakes for The Bachelor finales so why not make one for the Super Bowl! If you do make them, I would LOVE to hear how they turn out 🙂
